How to reach us

How to reach Autonomous Relay Agents support: the status page and error reference first, then support@autonomousrelay.com, with what to include and where security and privacy requests go.

Two pages answer most questions faster than a mailbox can, so they come first. For everything else, write to support@autonomousrelay.com

Before you write

  1. Status

Whether the API is answering right now, and the status page each provider publishes for itself. An outage at a provider shows there first.

  2. Error reference

Every error the API returns, with what it means and what to do about it.

  3. Docs

Set-up, routing, keys, guardrails, spend limits and billing, with the API reference.

Email

support@autonomousrelay.com — in English or French, one question per message. Write from the address on your account where you can, so we can find your organisation.

What to include

Never send a key

An API key or a provider credential never belongs in a message. If one has been pasted where it should not be, revoke it and create another under API keys.

Response times

The pricing page states what each plan includes: community support on Solo, priority email support on Business, and a service-level agreement by agreement on Enterprise. Pricing

Security reports

A vulnerability in the API, the dashboard or the routing layer goes to the security mailbox, which can be encrypted to the key named in our security.txt. The disclosure policy says what to expect.

Privacy requests

Access, correction and deletion requests, and any other question about personal information, go to the address the privacy policy names.

Enterprise and volume

Contracts, a private routing tier, extended ledger retention and a service-level agreement are the Enterprise plan. The enterprise page says what it covers.
