Autonomous Relay Agents, by Tech Service 4U Inc.

Who operates Autonomous Relay Agents: Tech Service 4U Inc., a Manitoba corporation, and what the gateway does and does not do with your requests.

One OpenAI-compatible endpoint for every model, on your own provider keys, at the provider’s list price. Built and operated by Tech Service 4U Inc., a Canadian company.

What it is

Autonomous Relay Agents is a gateway. Your application sends a request in OpenAI’s Chat Completions format to one base URL; the gateway sends it to the model you named, on the provider credential you added, with automatic failover between providers, a spend ceiling on every key, and PII redaction and prompt-injection detection built in.

A request served on your own key is billed by the provider at its list price, with no markup from us. The plans on the pricing page pay for the gateway’s features, not for tokens.

What we do not do

We do not use your inputs or outputs to improve any product, and we do not train models on them in any circumstance.

Request content passes through our servers in memory to reach the provider and come back to you. It is not written to disk and not retained after the request completes, unless your organisation turns request logging on (an administrator) or the response cache on (for one of its API keys); both are off by default.

Your request reaches the model provider on your own credential. What the provider retains, and for how long, is set by your agreement with them and by their own policies, not by us. The providers page links each provider’s privacy policy and terms.
